Babypalooza Virtual Baby Expos go beyond a simple Zoom call—they are dynamic, interactive, and designed to engage parents in a meaningful way. Launched in 2019 to support expecting moms during COVID, our virtual expos were so successful that we made them a permanent part of our platform. Now, they allow us to serve parents in cities without in-person events while also reaching a nationwide audience eager to discover trusted brands and resources.

Our high-energy virtual experience mirrors the excitement of our in-person expos, offering live demonstrations, interactive booths, giveaways, and direct audience engagement.

Locked-in Audience

Our virtual baby expos stream over two days. Evening sessions on Tuesday (7 – 9 PM EST) and daytime sessions on Wednesday (11 AM – 1 PM EST).

We found the best formula for engagement are 4 sessions per day where moms can stay online for the duration.  The videos are then posted on the expo page for those who missed it to view.

This is a great way to reach moms in rural areas and in cities that don’t have an in-person baby expo.

Sessions are very interactive where attendees can post questions and comments for all to see.

Yes, once you make your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your slot. Slots are first-come first-reserve.

Streamyard is the service we use to broadcast the demo sessions. It’s similar to Zoom but allows for branding and interaction. Once you reserve you will receive instructions on how to use Streamyard.
