Thank you for your interest in joining the 2025 Babypalooza Baby Expo Tour! Our mission is to provide parents with access to as many resources as possible to support them during this exciting and critical stage of life.

Babypalooza is proud to be one of the few baby expos that provides free admission to all attendees. If it were possible, we would make everything free; however, we must cover operational and facility expenses to ensure the event’s success.

To ensure that finances do not prevent nonprofits offering invaluable resources from participating, we are pleased to offer grants that provide a 25% discount on the exhibit fee. We hope this helps your organization to join us in supporting parents and families.

Please note: Booth space is limited, applications will be reviewed based on the value the organization can bring to attendees. We are seeking organizations that offer educational value through engaging booth activities, informative materials, and, if possible, participation as speakers or panelists to enrich the event experience.

Applicants should demonstrate their ability to:

• Provide knowledgeable staff to cover the booth for the full event duration.
• Actively engage with attendees through interactive or educational activities.
• Promote the event through their networks to help increase community awareness.
• Align with Babypalooza’s focus on supporting moms and children with free resources.
