Booth fees range fro $450 for a single 10 X 10 space to $650 for a double 10 X 20 space

Uncovered tables and chairs.

Tables are uncovered you must bring your own 6′ floor length table cover.

Electrical access is purchased direct from the convention center, you will receive a link to purchase with your exhibitor kit.

You may register up to a couple of days prior to the event as long as space is available. Most of our events sell out. We encourage you to register as soon as possible.

No, to have a great looking show and to be fair to all exhibitors we only allow one business per exhibit.

For most events set-up is the Friday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and the Saturday of the event from 8:30 to 10:00 AM.

Detailed load-in/out information is e-mailed 2 weeks before the show.

Yes, if you are a 501-c3 non-profit that offers FREE services to women or children you may apply here for our non-profit grant.
